Yes. The beads are smooth and allow better airflow compared to fabric collars, so they are also suitable for dogs with sensitive skin.

What type of collar is right for my dog?

The choice depends on the desired style and the dog's lifestyle. We will be happy to advise you personally. It is important to consider:

•⁠ ⁠Martingale collars: Especially suitable for walking but may cause discoloration of light fur over time.
•⁠ ⁠Beads: Ceramic beads and gemstones are considered particularly durable.

How long will it take for the order to be ready?

Production time is usually between 2 and 4 weeks, as each product is handmade and fully customized.

Yes, of course! All collars are suitable for walks.

Puppy collars

Since collars are not adjustable, we recommend purchasing a collar only when the puppy is close to its final size.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Since the products are custom-made according to the customer's measurements, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a manufacturing defect - please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

How do you clean the collar?

Clean gently with mild soap and cold water and dry with a soft microfiber cloth.

How do you measure neck circumference?

Use a soft, flexible measuring tape and measure around the neck at the most comfortable point, leaving one finger's width for comfort. Do not guess at measurements.

Are the collars really handmade?

Yes. Wagntino is a family-owned brand that makes every collar and leash by hand, with attention to the smallest details and uncompromising quality.

Are they suitable for long-haired dogs?

The collars also fit, but sometimes we recommend a larger size or a classic buckle for ease of removal.
