Production Time

All WAGENTINO products are handmade and fully customized. Production time is 2–4 weeks, depending on the workload and the complexity of the design. Should the production time be extended — we will update the website or contact the customer directly.

Shipping within Israel

We offer shipping throughout Israel in collaboration with the Done company, using the Locker → Locker method only.

Shipping time: 5–7 business days

The stated times do not include production time.

Packages that are not collected and are returned to the sender — will be resent with an additional shipping cost.

Important: Entering incorrect address/details may result in returns and delays that are not our responsibility.

Returns / Cancellation Policy

Since every product is custom-made to measure — all sales are final.

Before placing an order, it is recommended to review the size guide and contact us with any questions or for size confirmation.

You may contact us in the following cases:

• The product was received defective.

• A production error occurred.

• The size does not match the order, provided the measurement taken was according to the guidelines.

A request will be accepted up to 5 days from the date of receiving the order.

We will ask you to attach:

• A picture of the product.

• A picture of the dog's measurement.

• A brief description of the issue.

After inspection — we will offer a repair, replacement, or another solution, based on a review of the case.

Returning a Product for Repair (in pre-approved cases)

The product must be:

• Clean.

• Free of damage not previously documented.

• In packaging that is as intact as possible.

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Warranty and Use

Wagentino collars are made from high-quality, handmade materials. Do not leave the collar on the dog during aggressive play, while sleeping in a crate, or unattended. Natural wear and tear, scratches, or improper use are not covered under the warranty.
